Terms and Conditions

There is NO NICOTINE in any of our vape products (kits and e-liquid).

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use products from the Vape World Australia (VWA) website. By entering our site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to the Terms Of Use set out on this page.
  • You may be asked to verify your age upon your first purchase, before we fulfil your order.
  • We do not make any claims regarding the safety or health benefits of products on this website.
Warning: Our vape products, including e-liquid, kits and accessories, are not intended to be used by children, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, or any person with an elevated risk of, or pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or asthma. If you experience any side effects, stop using the product immediately and consult a physician.


We strongly recommend using an external charger to charge replaceable batteries and NOT the built-in USB charging feature on vape mods that require replaceable lithium ion battery cells. External chargers ensure lithium ion batteries are balance-charged to avoid damaging the cells and reduce the risk of venting (rupturing).

Furthermore, USB charge ports on electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) are notoriously fragile. If you choose to ignore our advice and charge replaceable batteries while inside your vape mod, we will not offer a warranty or repair service for those USB charging ports.

Order acceptance policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt of your order, for any reason or to supply less than the quantity of items ordered. For example, first-time purchases may require an age verification and will be cancelled if you are found to be a minor.

Order detail changes/cancellations
You can change the details (address, items etc.) of your order or cancel it after it is submitted but only BEFORE you receive a shipping confirmation email by completing our Update my order form. We may also request additional funds in order to do this.

Please note:

  • If your order is posted/shipped with incorrect details, resulting in a 'return to sender', additional postage costs will apply to re-send it to your correct address.
  • Order cancellations may be charged a restocking fee.

Exchanges & refunds

Outside of products with issues requiring a warranty claim (see below), we'll happily exchange or may issue a refund for any product as long as it is still sealed (unopened and unused) and able to be re-sold. Please go to our Product exchange or refund page to complete a return form.


We offer a limited 90-day warranty from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials.

What's not covered:

  • atomisers/tanks and coils due to the heavy use toll and expected life of these parts
  • voided warranty products which are those that have been tampered with in any way, used with parts other than those supplied by VWA, or damaged through the improper use, normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, negligence or abuse
  • buyer's remorse
  • disposable devices
  • e-liquid
  • Storz & Bickel dry herb vapourisers as Storz & Bickel has its own warranty length and returns process so we don't coordinate claims and returns for its products. See our Storz & Bickel warranty claims and returns page.

Warranty claims

We handle all warranty claims with the manufacturer (except for Storz and Bickel products) so you come directly to us for any product issues. This makes processing a lot faster for you, as little as 24 hours if all goes to plan, since you don't have to coordinate your own return with an overseas manufacturer.

Okay, so here's how to report a product issue and/or make a warranty claim:

  1. Complete a Product issue form and give us as much detail about your product and the issue you're experiencing.
    - You do not send the product back at this point.
    - Serial number is required which is located on the device packaging.
  2. Our team will contact you to do either or all of the following:
    - troubleshoot the problem
    - acquire more information (like photos or video of the issue)
    - ask you to return the product IF we need to inspect it (you pay for shipping costs). If we do not need to inspect the product, you go straight to Step 4.
  3. We inspect returned product to ensure the issue meets warranty guidelines and isn't caused by improper use.
    - Important: If the device is found to be in good working order, we will return it to you and you will be charged for postage fees.
  4. We send you a brand-new replacement product (shipping included).
    - Exact product replacement will depend on stock status of the product.


While we endeavour to have accurate release dates of products, these dates are subject to change as they depend on the manufacturer and shipping.

Items purchased as a pre-order will be shipped once all items in your order are available. If you place an order that includes both pre-order and in-stock items and would like non pre-order items to be shipped before the pre-order items are available, payment of extra postage will be required.

Prices of pre-order items are subject to change due to end of special pre-order offer or a change in pricing structure.
