Australia Post COVID-19 shipping times

Due to COVID-19, from Thursday 2 April 2020, all orders will need to be placed no later than 1pm AEST for same-day dispatch. Australia post have also reported that there could be delays with estimated delivery times of packages due to the pandemic.

We appreciate your patience during this tough time.

We process orders between 7:00am EST to 3:00pm EST on weekdays.

We do not process orders on weekends or any major Australia Public Holidays.

How we pack your order

All e-liquids are placed inside ziplock bags to avoid leakage. While we treat your order with care, we cannot guarantee that Australia Post will show the same courtesy. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for mistakes made by Australia Post including misdirected, lost or damaged shipments. If your e-liquid order is damaged in transit, it can cause the e-liquid to spill. Any spills will be contained within the ziplock bag.

Signature upon arrival of any order is required to ensure parcels arrive as safely as they leave.

FREE SHIPPING: Free standard Australia-wide shipping is applied to all orders over $100.

Batteries

Due to Australia Post’s policy, all lithium-ion batteries that are sold separately cannot be shipped via express post (air) as they are deemed a dangerous good.

Lithium-ion batteries present a fire and safety risk if transported by air craft. Australia Post limits how lithium batteries can be sent, and we are required to send these items in compliance with Australian regulations.

We will only ship lithium-ion batteries by Australia Post Standard Shipping which is usually road freight.

Postal redirects 

We take no responsibility for delays, damage or loss of parcels due to customer-requested redirects that are organised with Australia Post after the order leaves our warehouse. Please ensure the address details provided at the time of order are correct or contact us prior to order dispatch if address details require updating.

Return to sender 

Parcels that are returned to sender (RTS) will incur a $10 fee.

Orders shipped to Brisbane

Express Post: 1-2 Business Days once dispatched via Australia Post eParcel Express Post service - $15.00.

Standard Post: 2-4 Business Days once dispatched via Australia Post eParcel Registered Service - $8.00.

Orders shipped to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Tasmania

Express Post: 1-3 Business Days once dispatched via Australia Post eParcel Express Post service - $15.00.

Standard Post: 3-7 Business Days once dispatched via Australia Post eParcel Registered Service - $8.00.

Orders shipped to Western Australia

Express Post: 1-3 Business Days once dispatched via Australia Post eParcel Express Post service - $15.00.

Standard Post: 5-10 Business Days once dispatched via Australia Post eParcel Registered Service - $8.00.

Important note: Postage times may vary for remote areas and eParcel is not covered under Australia Post's Express Post guarantee.

International shipping
