When shopping with Vape World Australia (VWA), you will find expert vaping advice and help when you need it. Our dedicated team can guide you on purchases and help when things aren't exactly going right.
You can contact us through one of the forms below and our friendly team will respond during our business hours, 8am to 4pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time [AEST]), Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends).
Christmas hours
We'll be closed for most days between Christmas and New Year but our website is always open for you to order online. Just note the dates we are posting orders below so you know when to expect delivery.
PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: check out Australia-Post-recommended dates to order by for the best chance of receiving it before Christmas.
- Friday 22 December: 9am to 4pm. (Orders received after 1pm (AEST) will be packed and dispatched on Thursday 28 December.)

Vape kits: If you need help finding which vape kit to purchase for your needs, fill out the General enquiry form below.
Replacement parts: If you don't know which replacement parts suit your current vape kit (e.g. coil, pod or battery), you can either:
- log in or register an account with the email address used to make your purchase. View your order history and click on the vape kit you need replacement parts for. The product page description has links to all compatible components in the 'frequently bought together' section
- fill in the General enquiry form below if you haven't purchased from us before or are still unsure.
UPDATE, CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
Read our Order acceptance policy information first, then complete the Update my order form below to change details such as your address or items purchased, or cancel your order.
DELIVERY ISSUE

EXCHANGE OR REFUND (Not warranty claim)
We accept exchanges and returns of, or refund/credit unopened vape products. Please go to our Product exchange or refund page to complete our return form.
