The Arbiter 28mm RTA by OXVA is the new-level masterpiece from the creator of the Zeus X. This RTA features a unique top to bottom airflow system that ensures a leakproof vaping experience, while also enhancing the flavour and vapour output. The Arbiter RTA has a large 7ml juice capacity, a convenient top-fill design, and a wide-bore 810 drip tip.

The Arbiter RTA has a spacious quad post build deck that can accommodate either single or dual coil configurations. The deck is elevated from the base, creating a U-shaped chamber that condenses the vapour and delivers it directly to your mouth. The deck also has four large wicking ports that ensure optimal juice flow and prevent dry hits. The Arbiter RTA comes with two fused Clapton coils and two shoelace cottons, so you can start building right away. You can also use your own favourite coils and wicks, as long as they fit the deck and the airflow slots.

The Arbiter RTA is compatible with any mod that has a 510 connection and can support its 28mm (1.1 in) diameter. It is made of durable stainless steel and Pyrex glass, ensuring a long-lasting and corrosion-resistant performance.
