Product exchange or refund

Outside of products with issues requiring a warranty claim, we'll happily exchange, or issue a refund or store credit for any vape product (sold by us) you want to return, as long as it is still sealed (unopened and unused) and able to be resold.

Note: shipping costs are at your expense for returned items and a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Refund or store credit

Select the Refund form below to choose a refund or a store credit for the unopened vape product you wish to return:

  • Refund: cost of the returned product at the time of purchase (excluding original shipping cost) and minus a 15% restocking fee, will be transferred to the payment method you used when you ordered. Refunds are processed after we receive the returned product.
  • Store credit: we'll email you a gift card code, valued at the cost of the returned product at the time of purchase (excluding original shipping cost), after we receive the returned product. The gift card can be used in conjunction with any of our coupon/promo codes on any future order.

Exchange

To exchange your vape product, you must place and pay for an order of your chosen replacement product PRIOR TO completing the Exchange form below (you'll need the order number of your replacement product to complete the form).

After we receive your submitted Exchange form and your returned product, we will refund you the cost of the returned product at the time of purchase (excluding original shipping cost) to the original payment method you used.
