Mod Match
If you find an identical stocked item at a lower price with a competitor, even during a sale, we will not only match that price but beat it by 5%. Please keep in mind that our price guarantee does not apply to the items specified under the section titled 'Excluded Items'.
Which products qualify for Mod Match?
Our guarantee is applicable to all identical products that meet the following criteria:
- Available in stock at VWA.
- Available in stock with our competitor online.
- Not listed as excluded (refer to the exclusion list below).
- Must not be refurbished or second-hand.
- Must share the same conditions of purchase, encompassing the manufacturer's warranty, accessories.
- Must be from an Australian business with a current ABN number that is registered for GST.
- May not to be used in conjunction with any other offer/s.
- We retain the right to restrict sales to reasonable retail quantities.
Excluded Items
The following items are excluded:
- gift cards
- PAX products
- Storz & Bickel products
- Batteries & battery cases
- Replacement glass
- cashback and coupon offers (e.g. supplier cashback or reduced prices through paper coupons or electronic codewords)
- commercial quantities and pricing (e.g. reduced prices not available to the public, including wholesale/distributor pricing)
- stock liquidations (e.g. competitor clearance products or items sold by a business in receivership).
Important note: When evaluating the price guarantee for online purchases, we factor in the potential added cost of delivery to your specified location. If an identical, in-stock product is available for purchase and delivery through an online store at a total cost lower than our offer, we pledge to beat that total price by 5%. We retain the right to waive this offer if a competitors price falls below our cost price.
