Aspire OBY Pod KIt

The Aspire OBY Stick Pod Kit is a stick-style vapouriser that is so easy to use, it would be perfect for a beginner vaper! You simply fill the 2mL disposable pod with vapour e-juice from the bottom, attach it to the OBY battery and you have yourself a slim, light-weight but tough, aluminium electronic cigarette (e-cigarette). It is also draw-activated, meaning you simply draw on the pod to vape it with no buttons to press. Okay, so it’s pretty, how does it vape?

Good question! Aspire made sure to include a built-in 1.2 ohm kanthal coil in their OBY disposable pods which can produce some nice vapour flavour from your OBY Stick e-cigarette. More technically speaking and based on expert lab tests, the OBY uses premium coils and pre-set airflow with 3.7V of constant voltage which creates rich vapour flavour from your vapour e-liquid. At 1.2 ohm you can expect a cooler vapour that is more suited to mouth-to-lung (MTL) vaping.

What’s MTL vaping?

Another good question. MTL vaping in the vape community simply means a cigarette-style draw that is a little or very restricted in airflow and where you usually hold the vapour in your mouth, then inhale it to your lungs. The OBY Stick Pod has a relatively tight airflow but can be considered a loose MTL.

If you favour direct-lung (DL) vaping, where you inhale vapour straight to the lungs, this device may not be suitable for you.

Going the vape distance

With the OBY pod using 1.2 ohm coil, it means this device requires low wattage to work so your 500mAh battery can last you most of the day. Of course, this depends on how much you vape. Either way, you’ll be charged up in no time through its USB Type C charging cable.
